Puppy Plans
As Silken Windhound's are still a young breed, we are aware the development of them in this country requires careful planning. With selective breeding, we strive to improve the silken windhound further looking at breed type, health and longevity. We have been doing this alongside the expert advice of our mentors to ensure our planned litters are of future value.
All our Silken Windhounds are DNA parentage verified by the ISWS before breeding, and more recently we have Embarked for health conditions and traits as encouraged by ISWS.
Our litters will be raised in our home environment giving them a good introduction to all the noise and smells of home life. All puppies will be micro-chipped and vaccinated before they leave us. They will also be registered with our governing body, ISWS (International Silken Windhound Society). We hope all prospective owners become part of our silken family and in return we offer a lifetime of support and advice.
